6th Gr. Sibling Enrollment Deadline 3:30pm

3/1/2019, 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM

5th grade siblings of current 6th and 7th grade middle school students are guaranteed enrollment
at their sibling’s school for the 2019-20 school year if a 6th Grade Sibling Enrollment Application
is received on or before 3:30pm on Friday, March 1, 2019. A Statement of Residency Form and
all of the required residency documentation must be submitted with the form.
