Annual Data Confirmation
2026-2027 CVUSD Data Confirmation and Walk Through Registration
This process is required each school year for all new and returning CVUSD students. Families will receive an email from the schools of their respective students which indicates that Data Confirmation has been activated. Families will be able to see the required steps in their Aeries Parent Portals afterwards.
The FIRST step of Registration is Data Confirmation
Starting Wednesday, July 22nd at 5:00 PM, Parent/Guardian(s) will need to log in and access their Parent Portal Account here
Once logged in, Parent/Guardian(s) must:
- Review, update and confirm your student's contact information.
- If something has changed, contact numbers, new or obsolete emergency contacts, etc., you can make the changes through the portal.
- If you have moved and need to change your address please bring your new verification documentation into your resident school site.
- Please read the important documents online and complete necessary forms.
- Print and sign all district and school site forms required for Walk Through Registration.
- If you have more than one student attending school in CVUSD, you will need to complete this process for each child.
The SECOND step of this process is Walk Through Registration Day
On this day, Students and/or Parent/Guardian(s) will need to attend Walk Through Registration at the school site during your assigned dates and times. Be sure to bring all necessary documents outlined on the respective school Registration Checklists (you will receive these during Data Confirmation) with all requested items complete.

- Wednesday, July 29, 2026 Time: 9:00 am to 11:00 am and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Chabot Elementary School
- Tuesday, July 28, 2026 Transitional Kindergarten & Kindergarten Time: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Wednesday, July 29, 2026 Grades 1-5 Time: 8:00 am to 10:00 am OR 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Independent Elementary School
