PlayCV: Current ELOP Program

Current ELOP programming continues to be provided through CVUSD's partnership with PlayCV (Programs Learning and Activities for Youth in Castro Valley).

PlayCV provides programming at all nine CVUSD elementary schools and both middle schools. Programs include academic support, enrichment, recreation, and a healthy snack.

Current services and enrollment remain unchanged through December 2026.

The Full PLAY / The Club program is offered at every Castro Valley elementary and middle school, five days a week during the school year. It begins at the final school bell and includes a standard pick-up window from 4:45 PM to 5:00 PM, with an extended care option available until 6:00 PM. On minimum days, the program starts earlier, but pick-up times remain the same. The program does not operate on holidays or staff development days unless noted in advance.
